Pulls moisture from the meat to create a seared crust and plenty of juice.

  • Brown Sugar

Adds rich sweetness with a hint of molasses.

  • Smoked Paprika

Accentuates taste and aroma with the earthy flavor of oak-smoked peppers.

  • Garlic

Provides a unique flavor with subtle spicy warmth, not spicy heat.

  • Onion

Brings savory notes, sharp aroma and a dash of sweetness to the seasoning.

  • Turmeric

Balances the sweeter spices and deepens the flavor profile with earthy tones.

Great on steak!

Also great on asparagus. Probably great on other things.

This stuff is amazing! I've tried it on pork and chicken, but not beef or fish yet. I sprinkled a little on fries (even though it's a rub, not regular seasoning). That tasted a little weird. Almost as if somebody cooked the fries in a smoker. The shipping makes the purchase seem a little pricey until you realize that a little goes a long way! And I love that there's a QR code right on the bottle that you can scan to order more. Very clever! You can do so while you have the bottle in hand, so you don't forget. Be sure to order his cookbook as well! I don't have a grill, but I'm going to try out Guga's recipes in an oven

Sous Vide Salmon + Guga Rub = Winner!

(Dish = Teriyaki Steam and Salmon Bowls) I used the Guga rub on some Sous Vide Salmon 136F for 2 hours.. Let it cool for 20 minutes in the refrigerator. Used the flame thrower for a little char, and it came out perfect! My kids loved it! All 3 of them eat it all. Usually 1 of them hates fish/salmon, but this turned out phenomenal. I can't recommend this enough - I'm buying another bottle!

Got It As A Gift

I got this as a gift for my brother who's really into using his Traeger grill and he really enjoyed it! He liked it most on chicken.
